We do not usually deliver outside the UK (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands). However, if an order for delivery outside these areas is accepted, you may be responsible for import duties or taxes.
If you fail to take delivery without fault on our part, you may be charged for storage and redelivery. Goods become your responsibility once delivered. Please examine goods on delivery and report any issues immediately.
Risk and Title:
You assume risk for the goods upon delivery. Ownership of the goods transfers to you once we have received full payment. If you fail to pay, we reserve the right to cancel delivery and reclaim the goods.
Cancellation, Returns, and Withdrawal:
You may cancel your order before a contract is formed without penalty. After the contract is formed, cancellation rights apply under the distance selling regulations.
Right to Cancel:
You may cancel your order within 14 days from when you (or a third party designated by you) take possession of the goods. To exercise this right, notify us clearly by email, post, or using our website form.
If you cancel, we will refund your payment (including delivery costs) within 14 days after receiving the goods back or proof of their return. However, if goods are handled inappropriately, a deduction may be applied for loss in value.
Exemptions:
Cancellation rights do not apply to:

- Goods that become inseparably mixed with others after delivery.
Goods must be returned to us in their original condition at your expense.
Conformity and Guarantee:

Manufacturer guarantees will apply where offered. These do not reduce your legal rights.
Successors and Assignment:
Both parties may transfer the benefits of the contract to someone else but remain liable for their obligations. We are responsible for any subcontractors we use.

Neither party will be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their reasonable control. Both parties must notify each other of such events as soon as possible.

Limitation of Liability:
We do not exclude liability for:
- Fraudulent actions.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by courts in these jurisdictions or, depending on the customer’s location, in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
For complaints, contact us, and we will aim to resolve the issue within 5 days. However, new items will not be dispatched until returned items are confirmed.
